Dear customer:
Please read all terms and conditions carefully before booking our service. By confirming your booking you accept that these terms and conditions will apply. I/we appearing on this site refer to Dragon Coach Tour.
Service:
- The prices of the products on this website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- There will be no change to the fully paid reservation price.
- Our quotations are subject to change at any time, because events beyond our control may occur at any time and lead to increased costs, resulting in changes in the prices of related products or services. These matters or factors include the impact of the epidemic, fuel surcharges, weather changes. Please contact our sales consultants for the latest prices.
- Unless otherwise specified, some products and services displayed and sold on this website, including but not limited to attraction tickets, various transportation services such as buses and cruise ships, accommodation and other travel services, are provided by relevant attractions and services provided by the supplier, and the relevant responsibility shall be directly borne by the supplier. Your (customer) booking will be subject to the booking terms and conditions of the relevant travel product and service provider. We can assist you (customer) in understanding the terms and conditions of the products and services you want to purchase. However, once you (customer) complete the booking, we will consider that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. If there is a problem with the service (not our fault) and you (customer) want to make a complaint or claim against the attraction or related service providers, we can assist you, but it is not within our scope of responsibility.
Booking:
- After you (customer) made a reservation with us, we will contact you in 24hrs to confirm the relevant reservation information, so please be sure to provide accurate contact information (mobile number and email).
- If you (the customer) pay for the order less than the actual amount that should be paid, the system will automatically determine that the booking has failed. You need to contact us to complete the payment.
- Website users should be of legal age and be able to assume any legal obligations and responsibilities for the use of this website. Website users are responsible for themselves or those who use their personal login information (username and password) to log on to this website and that the information you provide through this website is accurate and not misleading, deceptive or likely to be misleading or cheat.
- Website users are not allowed to: log in with other people's personal information, including name, login information or password; submit any fraudulent or false inquiries, booking requests; post or transmit any illegal, threatening, defamatory through this website , defamatory or pornographic information or any conduct that may violate civil or criminal law; engage in any unauthorized modification, deletion or operation or conduct that interferes with the normal operation of this website and knowingly transmit any viruses or other disabled features of the website and any Conduct that could result in a civil breach or criminal offense. The user shall be solely responsible for any damage or compensation caused by the user's improper or illegal use.
- We do not assume any responsibility for the products or services booked through us according to your (customer) needs. Any items booked on your behalf will be subject to the terms and conditions of the attractions or service providers, please confirm the relevant terms and prices before booking. Once the reservation is confirmed, subsequent responsibility will be directly with the attraction or service provider. Please make sure that all personal information provided to us is true and legal information. If the booking fails due to incorrect information provided by you, the loss will be yours.
To modify/cancel an order:
- Unless otherwise specified, all single-day chartered services can be modified 48 hours before departure, but each trip is limited to one modification.
- The day tour service (Chinese Speaking) can be rescheduled (only once) or canceled free of charge 7 days before the journey. Any changes and cancellations made within 7 days before the journey will result in a 30% cancellation fee.
- All single-day charter services can be cancelled free of charge 7 days before departure, and cancellation or change of date within 7 days of departure will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Failure to board, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
- All multi-day charter services can be rescheduled free of charge 10 days before the start of the itinerary, and any rescheduling within 10 days will be regarded as cancellation. All multi-day charter services can be cancelled free of charge 10 days before the start of the trip, and cancellation or change of date within 10 days of departure will result in a 30% cancellation fee. Failure to board, change of date or cancellation within 5 days of departure will result in full fare forfeiture.
- Any booking made with the other service provider is subject to their terms and conditions.
Conduct During Trip:
- Food & Beverages are not to be consumed on any vehicle without our prior written approval. Cleaning fee may apply.
- Smoking and alcohol are prohibited in any of our vehicles.
- You (customer) expressly promise us a level of peace and comfort by behaving in a safe, respectful and courteous manner towards the operator whilst remaining in full compliance with all reasonable requests from the operator during the entire duration of travel.
Child Policy:
- Children are permitted on most tours, however due to the nature and length of tours, it may not always be recommended. Please check with our reservations team for recommendations before booking.
- The bus does not require a child seat by law, but you can bring your own or contact us to rent one. Please note that child seats are not available on all buses, please contact us in advance to confirm.
- Due to limited luggage restrictions on buses, pushers and prams are not permitted on some buses. Please ensure you check with us before you bring them along to the trip. Passengers who show up with these items on trip which do not allow them may be refused boarding without refund.
Travel Insurance: We highly recommend all passengers have travel insurance coverage.

Dragon Coach Tour retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, inclusions, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur.
